3. Return Eligibility
Customers in the United States have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving their order, subject to the eligibility conditions below.
3.1 Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
Unused and Undamaged: The item must be in the same condition in which it was received.
In Original Packaging: All original tags, labels, protective materials, and packaging must be intact.
Proof of Purchase Required: A receipt, order confirmation, or invoice is required.
4. Return Process
4.1 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return:
Contact Customer Service at support@ignitesportsequipment.com or 616-800-7510 within 30 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Once your request is reviewed, we will send you return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
4.2 Preparing Your Return
Pack the item securely in the original packaging.
Include any accessories, manuals, and promotional items originally received.
Include your RMA or return authorization details inside the package.
Attach your return shipping label (if provided).
4.3 Shipping the Return
Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.
Use a trackable shipping service.
Customer pays return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.
6. Specific Return and Refund Conditions
6.1 Change of Mind Returns
Items must meet eligibility conditions in Section 3.
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Refund issued to original payment method.
6.2 Defective or Damaged Goods
Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photos or video documentation.
We will provide either:
A replacement at no cost, or
A full refund including return shipping.
6.3 Incorrect Product Received
Notify us immediately.
We will cover return shipping and ensure the correct item is sent.
6.4 Product Never Arrived
Contact us if tracking shows your order is delayed or missing.
If the carrier confirms it is lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
6.5 Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not shipped.
If shipped, the standard return process applies.
